Canceling Your Subscription

Cancel your Jellypod subscription through the billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Prerequisites#

You must have billing management permissions (typically the Admin role) to manage your subscription.

How to Cancel#

  1. Go to Settings > Usage & Billing.
  2. Click View All in the Invoice History section to open the Stripe billing portal.
  3. In the Stripe portal, find your subscription and select the option to cancel.

Alternatively:

  1. Go to Settings > Usage & Billing.
  2. Click Update Subscription.
  3. Look for the cancellation option within the subscription management dialog.

What Happens After Cancellation#

Once you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period (shown as "Ends" in the subscription card instead of "Renews").
  • You keep full access to all features until that date.
  • A notice appears on the subscription card: "Your subscription will end on [date]. Unused credits will expire and podcasts will be removed from third-party platforms."
  • After the period ends, unused credits expire.
  • Podcasts distributed to third-party platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.) will be removed.

Resubscribing#

You can resubscribe at any time by clicking Update Subscription and selecting a plan. If you resubscribe before your current period ends, your subscription continues without interruption.
